Event Update
The sun shone and 60 golfers assembled at Longcliffe Golf Club for the annual Loughborough Beacon Rotary Charity Golf Day.
The course was superb and the food afterwards excellent so thanks to Michael Bunney (Head of Greenstaff) and Paul Price (PPP Catering).
Thanks to all the volunteers for running the day and to the 11 Amazon volunteers for a great job in ball spotting after all their help with setting up.

The Par 3 Challenge on Hole 15 raised £250 to be allocated to Marie Curie.
The Auction and Raffle
The Auction raised £2940 and sincere thanks to all the providers of Auction lots and to all the bidders. The raffle and halfway house donations raised £513 with thanks to ARC Financial Ltd (Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne) for sponsoring.
